- Account and device information – If you sign in (e.g., with Apple), we may receive identifiers necessary to sync your data and manage your subscription. Subscription and payment data are handled by Apple; we do not store your payment details.
- Usage and diagnostics – We may collect anonymous usage analytics and crash reports to improve stability and the user experience. This data is aggregated and not tied to your identity where possible.

5. Data Sharing and AI Processing
When you use AI-powered features in AI Voice Journal, the content you provide may be sent to a third-party AI provider, OpenAI, for processing. This may include voice transcriptions, typed journal entries, prompts, task descriptions, reflections, and related text needed to generate summaries, insights, suggested tasks, and other app features. We send this information only to provide the AI functionality requested by the user. We do not ask the AI provider to use this data for advertising. Users are asked for permission before their content is sent for AI processing. Third-party service providers are expected to protect user data with safeguards that are the same as or stronger than reasonable industry standards.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage much of your data inside the app (e.g., deleting entries). For other requests, contact us using the email below.

Echo Mind is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
