Subscriptions & Payments
Echo Mind offers monthly and annual subscription options. All payments are handled by the App Store; charges are applied to the payment method linked to your Apple ID. We do not store or process your payment details.
Cancelling your subscription: To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To cancel: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Echo Mind, and choose “Cancel Subscription.” You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
For refunds, billing history, or payment method changes, use your Apple ID account settings or Apple’s billing support.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Why isn’t my voice being captured? Make sure microphone access is allowed for Echo Mind in Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. Restart the app and try again in a quieter environment.
- How do I get summaries and tasks from my entries? After recording, the app processes your voice and generates a summary and any tasks it detects. Ensure you have an active subscription and a stable internet connection for AI processing.
- Can I use Echo Mind offline? You can record and store entries offline; AI summaries and task extraction require an internet connection.
- How do I delete my data? You can delete individual entries in the app. For full account or data deletion, contact us at the email above and we’ll guide you through the process.
- I was charged but wanted to cancel. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before renewal. If you were charged after cancelling, or believe the charge is in error, contact Apple for billing support; we can also help clarify the subscription status if you email us.
